Welcome to Women of Influence ("WOI," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Women of Influence is an invite-only private network. Access is granted solely through our application and approval process. Membership is non-transferable. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or conduct that is harmful to other members or the community.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your profile and to keep that information current. You may not create an account on behalf of another person or entity.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm other members; share spam, malware, or unauthorized promotional content; collect or harvest other members' personal information without consent; impersonate any person or entity; or engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the platform's operation.
You retain ownership of content you post on the platform. By posting content, you grant Women of Influence a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post and its accuracy. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or that we deem harmful to the community.
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Women of Influence facilitates connections between members but is not responsible for the actions, content, or conduct of any member. Any disputes between members are solely between those members. We encourage all members to treat each other with respect, professionalism, and kindness.
The Women of Influence name, logo, and all platform content created by us are our exclusive property. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for any business outcomes, connections, or results arising from your use of the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Women of Influence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the platform or by email. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
